Chief Operations Officer

Esau Nyaaba serves as the Chief Operating Officer for AHCA-GHANA, leading the operational and technical functions of the AHCA-GHANA. He brings significant experience in public health consultancy, health systems management, monitoring and evaluation, and program implementation across governmental and non-governmental health sectors.

He has worked on several projects involving health policy implementation, data systems strengthening, capacity building, and program evaluation in Ghana. His expertise includes health information management, strategic planning, project management, health research, and technical advisory services.

In his role as COO, he is responsible for internal operations and day-to-day management across support functions. He oversees the execution of the AHCA-GHANA’s strategic objectives, supervises project delivery, ensures quality standards. He also has the mandate to ensure compliance with financial policies, donor regulations, and reporting standards.

The COO also develops and manages internal and external communication strategies, ensures effective documentation, dissemination, and knowledge management.
